Event & Access Confirmation
We secure your date and lock in your music preferences. CRITICAL: We will confirm venue access at this stage. The Big Boy system is heavy; we require flat-level access or a suitable elevator. We cannot carry this equipment up flights of stairs.

Early DJ Arrival
Your professional host arrives well before your start time to load in and carefully position the Big Boy system.

Sound & Lighting Check
We calibrate the 600-watt audio system, sync the LED lighting, and test the wireless microphones for perfect room acoustics.

Showtime & Pack Down
The host manages the music and karaoke queue for 5 full hours, then seamlessly packs down the equipment at the end of the night.

What Happens After Booking?
Once you submit your booking online, our team manually checks and reserves your equipment. You will receive an immediate automated email with your booking details, followed by a personal confirmation email within 24 hours (usually within a few hours).
Are there any specific venue requirements for the DJ and equipment?
Yes. Because the "Big Boy" system is housed in a large, heavy professional road case with a 55" TV, we require flat-level access or a suitable commercial elevator to reach the setup area. We cannot navigate steep stairs. We also require a clear, flat space for the setup and reliable access to power within a few meters.
Does the DJ host take song requests from guests?
Absolutely! Your dedicated host is there to interact with your crowd, queue up karaoke requests, and play everyone's favorite dance anthems throughout the night.
Will the DJ play background music between karaoke singers?
Yes. The host ensures there are no awkward silences or dull moments by seamlessly mixing thousands of original video hit songs between guest performances to keep the dance floor moving.
What do I need to provide at the venue for the host?
We handle all the technical heavy lifting. We simply require a clear, flat space to safely position the Big Boy road case and reliable access to power within a few meters of the setup area.
When and how can I pay for my booking?
Payment must be completed prior to DJ setup on the day. Options include:
- Cash on Delivery: Paid directly to the DJ upon arrival.
- Credit/Debit Card: Call 1300 888 581 to pay over the phone prior to Event Day.
- EFT / Bank Transfer: Must be paid prior to Event Day. You must include your name on the bank reference, email a copy of the receipt to craigw@craigwilliams.com.au, and show the transfer slip to the DJ on arrival.

Payment must be completed prior to setup or on delivery day. Options include:
- Touchscreen: 23-inch touch display used to select songs and view lyrics.
- TV Screen: Included 55-inch TV mounted on a road case with built-in party lights so guests can sing along.
- Microphones: 3 high-clarity wireless roving mics with strong signal range.
- Lighting: Beat-synced, multi-colored STAR shaped lighting covering the machine and roadcase, plus 2 x LED Disco Effect lights.
How does the sound output quality perform?
It delivers 600 watts of loud, clean audio designed to fill a garage, backyard shed, or party hall with rich bass and high volume, all without distorting.
How many microphones are included?
- Included: 3 wireless (roving) mics plus 2 cabled backup mics at no extra charge.
Can I connect my phone via Bluetooth?
Yes. Bluetooth capability is built in, so you can easily stream your own songs directly from your mobile phone or laptop.

Important Stairs Notice: The Big Boy Jukebox cannot be carried up stairs due to its size and weight. Upstairs venues are strictly accessible by elevator only.
