Craig Williams have been organising Primary school and College fund raising events for more than 25 years. We have a current Working with Children Card and also have up to date public liability insurance.
The type of entertainment we provide is vast, though our main area of expertise is our DJ Hire and Light Shows. We are looking forward to helping your school raise money this year.
We also specialize in Grade 6 Graduations. We know how important this time is for the girls and boys as they are heading off to their new schools the following year. Grade 6 Graduations are very important to the children. They may not get another chance to see some of their friends whom might be going to different schools. We have extensive experience in providing a fun way to celebrate the completion of their primary school years and commemorate the end of an era.
In the 25 years that we have been assisting fund raising events we have, what we believe to be a successful formula that we use and advise all our clients to do the same.
The following are the main points of the formula:
• An experienced DJ that relates to children and can organise games and host competitions.
• Professional disco console and light show
• Advertising in school newsletters and posters
• Holding the function on Friday nights 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm
• Separating into age groups, preps and grade 1, 2 and 3’s, start @ 5.30 pm to 6.30pm and grades 4, 5, and 6 start 7.00pm to 8.30pm
• Additional funds raised from the sale of food and drinks
We can organise special activities such as; Dance competitions, Limbo Rock (where the girls Vs the boys), Statue competitions and Wheelbarrow Races. All you need to do is supply the prizes and we will take care of the rest.
We have found that by following the above formula, the school will be able to raise funds between $700 and $1,200 after costs.

Q : Can I Supply My Own Music For The DJ To Play At My Event/Party?
A: Yes, you can supply your own music however we will need to receive it prior to the event to test the CD’s on our equipment.
Q : Can We Extend Our DJ And Music After The 5 Hours On The Night?
A : The DJ hire is based on a five hour package but we can extend on the night if the venue agrees, alternatively you can book overtime prior to your function.
Q : Do You Have Backup DJ’s And Equipment Available If Anything Goes Wrong?
A : Yes, we have both DJ’s and DJ equipment on standby in case there is an unforeseen emergency.
Q : Does The 5 Hours Include Set Up Time?
A : No, the five hours is play time only; setting up and packing equipment will be done outside of the five hours and you are not charged for this.
Q : How Do We Pay For The DJ?
A : The DJ will collect the balance of the payment on the day of your function and you can pay cash or credit card. There is a $50 non refundable booking deposit required at the time of booking.
Q : How Long Does The DJ Require To Set Up?
A : Your DJ will arrive at least half an hour prior to the event to set up.
Q : How Much Experience Will My DJ Have?
A : All of our DJ’s have a minimum of 5 years experience in the industry and some boast up to 10 and 15 years experience.
Q : What Equipment Do Your DJ’s Use?
A : All our DJ’s carry the latest premium equipment, and only use top end brands such as RCF, JBL, Pioneer, Denon, Vestax and Shure. All of our lighting effects are LED which are the latest in technology and of the highest quality.
Q : Why Should I Use A DJ Instead Of A Band?
A : A DJ has a much larger range of music and is much more cost effective. This enables your gusts to request a wide range of tracks on the night.
