What Happens After Booking?
Once you submit your booking online, our team manually checks and reserves your equipment. You will receive an immediate automated email with your booking details, followed by a personal confirmation email within 24 hours (usually within a few hours).
Do you deliver, set up, and collect the equipment?
Yes. Our driver delivers, sets up, and demonstrates how to operate the Big Boy Karaoke Jukebox on delivery day. Standard collection is scheduled for the next day at a time that suits you.
How is delivery coordinated?
- Thursday evening: Our delivery driver will call you to arrange a suitable delivery window for your event.
- Missed Call? If you miss the call, don't worry—we will send you a text message with your delivery time so you can call us back.
- Friday morning: If you haven’t received a call by Thursday evening, please call our office between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm on 1300 888 581 to confirm your details.
- Party Day Delivery Updates: If our driver is running late on the day of your event, they will ring or text you directly with an updated arrival time.
What are the hire periods and pickup options?
All equipment is hired for one night standard. If you need night-of collection, an after-hours pickup fee applies:
- Standard Pickup: Free next-day driver collection.
- Same-Night Collection (5:00 pm – 11:30 pm): Additional $140 fee for driver pickup on the night of the event.
Can we collect the equipment ourselves?
Yes. Self-pickup is available, but you must call 1300 888 581 first to book a time slot.
- Standard Hours: Factory 3, 8 Deblin Drive, Narre Warren (Business hours: 9:30 am – 5:00 pm).
- After-Hours (Weekdays Only): 10 Signature Blvd, Point Cook (5:00 pm – 7:30 pm).
When and how can I pay for my booking?
Payment must be completed prior to setup or on delivery day. Options include:
- Cash on Delivery: Paid directly to the driver upon delivery and setup.
- Credit/Debit Card: Call 1300 888 581 to pay over the phone prior to delivery.
- EFT / Bank Transfer: Must be paid prior to delivery. You must include your name on the bank reference, email a copy of the receipt to craigw@craigwilliams.com.au, and show the transfer slip to the driver on arrival.
Does the jukebox use CDs?
No. Our digital jukeboxes come pre-loaded with over 7,500 hit songs and video clips covering the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s, Country, R&B, and current Top 40 charts. We regularly update our karaoke libraries and music lists, you can view our latest song lists using the link on this page!
Can I build custom playlists?
Yes. You can create, manage, and delete songs from your custom playlists directly on the system during your party.
How do guests search for and manage songs?
- Fast Search: Guests can easily search by Artist, Title, or Category (e.g., "80s Rock" or "Karaoke") on the touchscreen.
- Custom Playlists & Queue Management: Guests can build song queues and delete songs one at a time.
- Master Queue Reset: If the queue gets out of hand, enter the password CRAIG to access the master volume controls and clear the entire song queue. (Keep this password handy!)
What displays and gear are included?
Payment must be completed prior to setup or on delivery day. Options include:
- Touchscreen: 23-inch touch display used to select songs and view lyrics.
- TV Screen: Included 55-inch TV mounted on a road case with built-in party lights so guests can sing along.
- Microphones: 2 high-clarity wireless roving mics with strong signal range, plus 2 cabled backup mics included at no extra charge. Need more? You can hire 2 extra wireless mics for $50.00.
- Lighting: Multi-coloured lighting built into both the main jukebox unit and the TV road case.
How does the sound output quality perform?
It delivers 400 watts of loud, clean audio designed to fill a garage, backyard shed, or party hall with rich bass and high volume, all without distorting.
How many microphones are included?
- Included: 2 wireless (roving) mics plus 2 cabled backup mics at no extra charge.
- Extra Mics: You can hire 2 additional wireless mics for $50.00.
Can I connect my phone via Bluetooth?
Yes. Bluetooth capability is built in, so you can easily stream your own songs directly from your mobile phone or laptop.
What are the lighting features?
The karaoke jukebox unit and the 55-inch TV road case both feature built-in lighting that cycles through multi-coloured effects. Extra disco lights can be added at checkout.

Important Stairs Notice: The Big Boy Jukebox cannot be carried up stairs due to its size and weight. Upstairs venues are strictly accessible by elevator only.
